Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

If you are lucky and stay in the winter you might be to see the murmerating Starlings down at the pier at dusk. Whatever your reason for visiting Eastbourne, it's worth the trip, 90mins on the train and well connected once you arrive.
