It has its own livingroom, kitchenette and braai patio, and a separate garden entrance Set back 70m from the Keurbooms River lagoon, a 5 minute walk along the lagoon edge to the ocean/beach, famous for beautiful Pansy shells and the pristine Keurbooms River Sea Bird Reserve. There is remote access and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Double cab bakkies with a tow hitch don’t fit when there’s 2 cars parked in - where on street parking is generally safe in our quiet neighbourhood. Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km, Spar and restaurants 500m away.

The accommodation unit consists of a lounge area and en-suite bedroom with a separate entrance to that of the main house. A small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave is included. (there is no kitchen) Max. 2 people. The house is situated in the quiet Sunrise-on-Sea suburb within walking distance of the sea. It is approx 20 minutes drive from the East London CBD and 35 minutes drive from the airport.
