Enjoy a SAUNA and tasty dreams in this peaceful but still close to the center in a 61m2 two-bedroom apartment. You'll have bed beds READY for you, and you'll find tea and coffee to make, among other things, in the kitchen. Located on the 1st floor of a house without an elevator, but not on the ground. Final cleaning is included! Distances: Railway station 2.1 km. University 3.3 km. Market 2.3 km. Riveria Peltola 1.1 km. A free spot for a low car in a canopy. Guest spaces in the yard for 4 hours from 9am to 8pm.

In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Private duplex in the center of Joensuu. Cozy apartment with sauna, glazed balcony for evening sun and central, but quiet location: 1km to the market, 500m to the university. Parking lot in the courtyard, plus 8h puck spots on the street (8am-6pm). NOTE: Self-catering, i.e. you take care of the sheets and cleaning yourself. Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow them from the closet. Washing and drying of borrowed sheets before departure 🙂✨

A flat built in 2022 on the 12th floor in the heart of Kuopio Travel Center. Easy to get both by public transport and by car. A beautiful landscape of Puijo area from the French balcony. The flat is furnished in an elegant style and comprehensively equipped. Floor heating and blackout curtains (if necessary) will give you a comfortable stay. 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Kuopio and the harbour area. By elevator you will get e.g. to K-Market, a food restaurant, flower shop, etc. services.

A neat 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet residential area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot with a detached house and with its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available. You'll have access to a 160cm wide bed, a private kph/toilet, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee and kettle, a small set of dishes, and coffee and tea. A hot plate+ eight is available upon request. Located in the countryside near the city, along the highway, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Joensuu.
