Holiday rentals with a patio in Eastern Visayas

When I travel, I tend to be sensitive to bedding and toilets, but like I was worried for nothing, the bedding, bathroom, tableware, etc., were completely clean and different. As expected, it was nice that the owner cared a lot about it because he was from Korea, and it was by far the best Newtown accommodation I've stayed in many times. I'm completely willing to revisit, and I'll stay here again next time!!! And I was completely touched by the owner who took great care of me one by one, and I felt more comfortable with the host's consideration because it was a foreign country. Thank you!!

Great location and a nice room in a good building with all the amenities. We made good use of the pool but the beach a d shared pool is very nice also. it will cost you 350 pesos but it's worth the 15 minute walk. Make sure you ask about the pool pass at the front desk because we only found out about it a week later when we got asked at the pool.

Def, a very well maintained place. The unit is clean and neat. No water issues. Peaceful environment. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Host is very responsive too.

Exception service from WY! The room was very spacious and clean ( except for some mold in kitchen cabinets). Fresh duvet and big clean fluffy towels. The host is super responsive. Views are great. The furniture was comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the washer , and it was resolved within an hour. Lots of food options , Robinson & 711. WY ‘s standard is exceptional so we book a different room after this booking was complete. Very accommodating!!! Tennis court was available and in decent condition. Great branding one we can trust for future visits. Thank you

Ms Ai and her husband are super nice and their dog is super friendly and a good boy! They are responsive during our stay and came to the flat every now and then to check on us. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Borongan City! Absolutely fantastic stay in this is awesome space, feels like we are at home with a relative, our whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We are touched by the simple things they put inside the flat like coffee, soap, tissues, gallon of water, they are very thoughtful of our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! Would def visit again! :)

We enjoyed staying at Jeanielou's home. Her family was very accommodating and friendly. The home is very well designed, big area for family and friends to gather, and for us the location was perfect as we have family in both Ormoc City and Albuera. We will be back soon! Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. Kudos to the Host Sir Joel and staffs for being so accommodating and one call away whenever we need anything. This place is really a true hidden gem and very highly recommended. Marites was an amazing, helpful host, very friendly and likeable. The caretakers that live next door will prepare local Filipino food in the evenings if you wish and it is amazing. The house is located in a beautiful location, a bit of a hike, but worth it for the where it is. .Locals are very friendly, I have made some really good friends and will be visiting them again, hopefully with a better grasp of Cebuano though. The property is very clean and comfortable, with a variety of cooking appliances including gas which is handy during the occasional power outages. There is the handy use of a Honda scooter, which I loved seeing the sites on and you can get to Baybay City in around 10 minutes at a leisurely speed, but be aware if you haven't driven in an Asian country BE CAREFUL, traffic regulations are totally different.

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was great from the beginning to the end. There were ample towels and linen, which is important for large families. Everything was exactly as described and we want to stay there again on our next visit.

We were allowed to spend two carefree days in a magnificent complex. The room is cozy and spacious, very clean and quiet. You have a good supervision of the sea and the city. Of course, you can also see the people living in their corrugated shelters next door. Walking, you can quickly get out of the complex and mingle with the locals. But you can also use the room service and order delicious things in the room;-). Both the staff and the landlady were always friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for the carefree days

An amazing place in a fantastic location! It truly felt like staying in a hotel. I especially loved the keyless entry with coded locks, so convenient! There were some power interruptions, likely due to building maintenance, but overall, a great experience.

Host Jo did hers best to help us feel comfortable during our stay, and there were many convenient facilities available around the accommodation.

Juren’s place was very nice. Very comfortable bed, and linens. A great place to relax to. Outside was also breathtaking with lots of nature and fresh air. The staffs and guards were also very kind to us. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a relaxing stay. Thanks again Juren! ❤️

This place was amazing! So amazing that we are considering purchasing a unit on location. I loved everything about it! Thank you for such a great stay. It was close to great food, the beach and amazing vibes. The concierge in the building were friendly! We will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful extended stay here. The **view is spectacular**, the **location is excellent**—just a 10–15 min walk to the beach (paid access, but options to get in for free or 350 pesos). **No bugs**, **fridge is nearly full-size**, **washing machine works well** (even has hot water), and the **front desk answers promptly**. **GrabFood delivers to the lobby**—we had amazing sourdough and pizza! The host was **very responsive** when issues came up (stove, aircon smell, shower). We made a few comfort tweaks like moving the bed and bringing an air fryer we loved. Small things like the **kettle being too hot to handle** and lack of gym access were a letdown, but we found a great gym 2 minutes away. Overall, a great base with a little creativity and a lot of potential. Highly recommended!
