Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

With dedicated off road parking behind automatic gates a perfect place to stay.

Rooks Nest is a cosy self contained cottage for 4-6 people. There is a separate kitchen, lounge/diner with a 43” TV (Netflix) A private enclosed court yard garden with outdoor dining. There is a ground floor bathroom and shower. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with smart TV. A 2nd bedroom with single/twin beds, and a secured access to a outside balcony area with loungers. A double sofa bed in lounge. To the front of the cottage there is private parking for 2 cars.

Close to easy travel links but a quiet secluded setting with lovely gardens , paddocks and stables with friendly equine residents including Bluey the minature pony. Accommodation comprises breakfast room,kitchen with hob and combo microwave oven, shower room and 25sqm bedroom / lounge with open log fire. Storage for bikes etc available. Self catering breakfast provided for short stays.
