The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Romantic 17th Century Paper Mill on The Meon River

Enchanting converted 17th Century Paper Mill over the River Meon in Warnford, Hampshire. Quirky interior with original Japanese features. Trout anglers will have a ball. There are swans, herons, kingfishers and mallards and, if you're really lucky, you might see an otter. As you can see from the photo, the Mill is just by our cottage, but we're not always there so often you'd have the whole garden to yourself. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. River Rose Retreat Shepherds Hut, view and hot tub

River Rose Retreat is a cute and cosy shepherds hut, located along side the stunning river Hamble, in the quaint village of Botley. The Shepherds Hut, which is within walking distance from Botley village and train station, has it's own garden with hot tub, seating area and fire pit, surrounded by trees whilst gazing out on to the river. Although we adore dogs ourselves, unfortunately no dogs are allowed.
