“SUSET”, beautiful cottage on Mols - close to the beach 🏊‍♀️

SUSET is a COSY holiday home nestled between the hills and the water in a small, peaceful holiday home area, located 12 km from Ebeltoft. Best of all is the location, right between the hills - Mols Bjerge National Park and the beach.⭐️ At the house, there is almost always a place to find shelter in the backyard, which is a lovely secluded. In the garden, there are swings and a sandpit 💚 Meals can be enjoyed both on the veranda and in the back garden. The gas barbecue is located close to the house, and there is a barbecue table on which food can be prepared.😊

There are many places with shelter on the property and a campfire site. The house is tucked away behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. Here are all the opportunities for outdoor activities.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

Annex on the sunny lake Samsø

Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.

Stauns 10 D

The house is a converted barn, totally rebuild 2005 by myself, only the old timber structure is kept. Now with to levels downstairs I have my workshop, but it will not be used when rented out so a quiet place inside the nature reserve Stauns Fjord (not a summerhouse area) close by is a small dinghy harbour, a excellent starting point for canoe or kayak trips.
