Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

A holiday in our cozy, authentic summerhouse is pure coziness. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for single-family) and contains atmospheric living room with heat pump and wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The sleeping arrangements for the house are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed - most suitable for children. The last sleeping places are in the newly furnished annex with double bed and double mattress on the floor Please note that the house is older, has been continuously renovated.

One bedroom has two large wardrobes and a 180 x 210 cm bed. From there, access through a glass door leads to the second bedroom, which has a 160 x 200 cm bed. There is sunshine for most of the day on the two terraces, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a delicious lunch, and a drink at sunset.
