Large loft with wonderful views of the mountain and the town's Botanical Garden. It is the top floor of a restored house from the beginning of the 18th century. The loft is open, has an area with a double bed and two terraces, another dining area with a smart TV and sofas and another area with a double sofa bed. En la entrada hay un gran porche equipado con mesas y sillas. Está ubicada en medio de la naturaleza en el centro del Parque Natural Ojo Guareña, el aeropuerto más cercano está a 80 km (1 hora) y cerca de estaciones de esquí.

If you like the mountains, away from fashionable resorts and mass tourism, and you prefer hiking or riding on the stages of the Tour de France, this is for you. The water mill, an unusual cottage thanks to its glass floor in the living room, allows you to observe the water flowing under its vaults and the trout that are carried by the current of the private torrent that borders the property. With a floor area of 40 m2 and with its mezzanine, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

The setting, in the heart of the Tena Valley, next to the Formigal and Panticosa ski resorts, is a paradise at any time of the year. We are on the shores of the reservoir, surrounded by beautiful nature, next to the French border, by the port of El Portalet.

Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
