The whole condominium was renovated in '14 with much precision to old architectural artifacts. Little, beautiful courtyard is another place to rest, especially during sunny days. The apartment, ready to self checkin is situated on upper ground floor with private entrance. You will have great time in a studio decorated with posters of notable artists. 1 - The apartment is modern, spacious with more than 40 m2 - 2 rooms with comfortable bed 160-200cm. There are blackout blinds to let you sleep comfortable. 2 - The LOCATION is amazing. We are at the center of everything (restaurants, boutiques, pubs). You can reach quite fast OFF Piotrkowska, EC1, Theatre, Centrum of Science. 3 - It's built in 1914 , the ceilings are very high (3,5 m). The place features lots of ARTWORK mainly desginer lamps, sketches of Łódź and Poster Art of Polish School.

The tenement house went through a comprehensive revitalisation in 2019, and all apartments, including ours, are new. Piotrkowska Street is the real heart of Łódź, and our apartment is in the heart of that heart :) It's not easy to find a better spot in Łódź :) The apartment is ideal for short trips and longer stays for 2-3 people. It is functional and fully equipped.

Feel the history in a 19th-century urban tenement house located in the back of the city's representative street. The apartment has a space that is fully open with a three-meter height. The interior has a lot of discovered details from that period, along with a beautiful wardrobe probably made in the former Łódź carpentry workshop.
