This place is 5 stars in every aspect ! The location is extremely convenient, the flat is very clean and very spacious with all the necessary amenities and the host is very prompt, responsive abs helpful ! Would recommend without any reservation !

Nice place and community

We had a wonderful time at Gayathri’s place. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to get to lots of interesting parts of the city. We found a good number of play areas and activities nearby as well to take our two young children to. We will definitely choose this stay during our future visits without hesitation!

Our stay at this apartment was excellent! The place was modern, well-furnished, and extremely clean. It had a cozy, home-like feel while offering all the conveniences of a hotel. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was spacious and comfortable. Check-in was seamless, and the host provided clear instructions. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, and I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the area!

I stayed in this apartment with my family for 4 days and 3 nights. It was very peaceful, happy and comfortable. The atmosphere here was neat and clean. we came with as a family of 4 with my 3 yr old son... We felt like staying at home ... kitchen was well equipped to cook anything we wish for ....👍 the entire home was very clean and filled with lot of indoor plants ... home was so lively and pleasant... Our host Romica's choice of furniture and lighting for home is so unique and cool... All tourist attractions are near and we can get groceries vegetables and dairy products in walkable distance... Bed and bedsheets were so fresh and had good sleep throughout our stay ... the helping staff in the home was very friendly and made our stay awesome.... om the whole it was really a memorable stay for us here ... will definitely visit again in future.... What a fabulous host and home! Alegasan was very responsive to our needs and provided recommendations for local hotspots, which we loved. Sunrises over the Bay of Bengal from his 12th floor balcony are spectacular.

it was an amazing stay at the stay. Host (Sai) was very attentive and was always reachable. Helper Xavier was also very polite and helpful at all times during the stay. House was very private with less disturbances. absolute value for the money!!

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Had a wonderful stay at this place. The Host, Manager, Care Taker and the Security were all so prompt and helpful. This property is very close to the beach and has a very good view from the 2nd Floor. The only possible improvement I could think about is "Having some Indoor Games". This might add value. Overall we all had a very satisfying and enjoyable stay.

Booked this place for a weekend getaway with my friends and we really enjoyed the stay there. well maintained property..the caretaker was responsive. the location was beautiful with lake and sea view, perfect to unwind. swiggy delivery to the location was an added benefit.

Had a really nice stay at this Airbnb. It’s a modern, newly built place that’s just a quick walk to the beach which we found convenient. It is very close to all the tourist spots in Mahabalipuram and is super convenient. The house is really spacious, clean and has all amenities. It is very comfortable and the breezy terrace is perfect for a coffee or for evening hangouts. Will be staying here again and would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay around here.

We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool was very clean! The caretaker was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a perfect stay for our family.

I went with my family to this property and we had a great time. The caretaker was very responsible....the location is extremely good and we all spent a great time over there. The one and only thing bothered us was the presence of Lizards. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. Thanks for Jhansi for being friendly and very responsive.

We stayed for couple of nights for our visa stamping. Place was nice and situated in a good neighborhood. Quite at night. Lot of grocery shops around. Walkable distance to the US consulate.

My team and I had the opportunity to stay at Mr. Subramaniam's home at Chennai. This was an extended stay for a period of 5 to 6 days. First of all, Mr. Adithiya from Mr. Subramanian's team was very helpful in ensuring the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The space was super clean and is as described in the photos. The rooms were cozy and more importantly, the location is great! Ordering in food or even going to the local store did not seem difficult. Would highly recommend this property to anybody who have some work in and around Thiruvanmiyur, IIT Madras, Adyar, Guindy and thereabouts.

I had a complete month stay over Roger David's place. Over all it is good experience and awesome place for long stays.
