Holiday rentals with lake access in Edmonson County

Our group really enjoyed the patio and furniture outside. The stargazing was amazing. I felt as if I was in outer space. Almost slept on the back patio star gazing. We did fall asleep abruptly. The nature and the lake were a peace of heaven like passing through the solar system. Thank you.

Absolutely adored this cabin! Celebrated 30 year Parental Anniversary & Retirement, as well as Easter. Cabin was cozy, lovely, spacious, never felt crowded, yet fit all of us during our family celebration on Saturday evening. Area recently had flooding, and water had just receded so timing was good for being able to get to the cabin and then visiting Mammoth caves. Lee and Blake were very responsive with every question we had about the house in preparation and the area for activities. Recommended photographer in the area, and local church info for Easter. Would book with them again. Gorgeous. Priceless family time and memories. Thank you!

We were traveling through the area and needed to make a quick booking. Stephanie’s listing was so wonderful I wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was stocked well, there was an outstanding coffee bar, and even lots of snacks provided. The lines and home were clean and there were lots of games and goodies on hand for those going to the nearby lake. If we’re in the area again, we would definitely stay at Stephanie’s!

Great stay! Super clean, great location, and very helpful neighbors! Beautiful front porch, and plenty of seating! We loved going to the dock as well, that was walking distance!

My family rented Eric's house for the Christmas holidays. We liked it so much that we extended our stay into New Year's. It is a perfect place for a family outing. Everything is new. There is a nice big open living room/kitchen/dining area with a full-sized refrigerator, all the cooking utensils you could want, a large table for playing games, plenty of comfortable seating with a reclining sectional, and a nice wall-mounted tv in the living room and each bedroom. There are two king beds, both very comfortable, and a set of full-sized bunk beds in a third bedroom, along with even more sleeping space in the open upstairs loft. Do be aware that there is a Jack and Jill bathroom between the two main bedrooms, so make sure you don't mind sharing. However, there is a second full bath off the dining area for those who desire more privacy. Eric and his friends decorated beautifully for us and were good to accommodate every request we made. We were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommend.

We loved this house and location. Quiet surroundings with a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything we needed and we prepared most of our meals during the week. Ample space for everyone in our family.Jon’s recommendation for the Blue Holler Cafe was spot on. The food was fantastic. We also dined at Cave City Pizza and PJ’s Cafe and both were great. There are a lot of great activities near this house. We spent a day on the lake, went horseback riding, and spent some time at a local beach. Also toured the cave and hiked at Mammoth Cave National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great..we didn't realize how far away from things it was but we made it work and we didn't realize the flooding was so awful but these things were out of your control..so we baked and played games..hiked and went to the caves so we had a great time

Our vacation was great! Mostly because of the lake. It was so warm for most of our stay and the sunset was amazing. It was 5 mins away but we were there almost every day twice! The place was clean and we love the Smore's set prepared for us. Ed was very nice and helpful. It was not that far from the Mammoth Cave and Sand Cave Traihead. We loved the hiking trail very close Brigadoon State Nature Preserve (like 8-9 mins). First time in Kentucky was very successfull. Thank you for the stay!

Adorable cottage on the lake. My family loved it here and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Home was clean and comfortable with all needed amenities. We visited Mammoth Cave and hiked local trails. Would stay again if we visit the area!

Our stay had zero problems, no surprises and everything we were told was 100% accurate. The location is very peaceful and safe, the walk to the Lake each day was a great way to start the morning.
