Nachdem ich meiner Mutter, die seit Jahren Superhost ist, lange Zeit geholfen habe, jetzt meine ersten eigenen Wohnungen :) Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf von der Strandpromenade und der Therme entfernt und wir freuen uns, euch als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen :) Sowohl der Parkplatz, als auch die Bettwäsche sind bei uns inklusive. Und wenn ihr es kuschelig mögt, haben wir auch eine bequeme Schlafcouch, so dass ihr ebenfalls zu 4 kommen könnt :)

Beautiful, central apartment in a beautiful building from 1905 featuring a large southwest-facing balcony; bright and welcoming with high ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with a window, washing machine + dryer; suitable for long-term stays. Living room and bedroom features a 55" TV (including Netflix and Amazon Fire TV Stick) and a workspace with a printer. 3 bakeries within 300m, supermarket 500m away, and a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. The apartment is located in Nybøl which is a small town close to Sønderborg. The apartment consists of kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen is fully equipped. A bathroom with a washing machine is available. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The bedroom is closed off by a curtain leading into the hallway. In addition, it is possible to make the sofa up to 2 people. In the living room there is a TV with cromecast. There is access to a lovely balcony overlooking fields.

Less than 200 meters from the harbour bath (with sauna), the picturesque old harbour, the ferries to the islands, and the promenade along the sea. Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water
