One bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m) is located in a separate room. A ladder leads to the attic, which can also be used as a sleeping area. The covered terrace invites you to linger, as well as a fenced outdoor area.

The property is located in the centre of Berge, and the Hünenwanderweg trail runs right past the property. A new development area is currently being opened up in the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment, which may result in disruption due to construction noise.
