Writer's cottage/holiday cottage "Little Hemingway" is ideal for the lazy reading holiday. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. Those who do not want all this, can enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cozy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. Three minutes walk from the beach. Note: From July 1 to September 1, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Fri/Sat.

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

Welcome to our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" in Egmond aan Zee. We are Hinke and Peter. We have renovated our vacation home and furnished it in a modern way. It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. We have named our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" because Egmond aan Zee has its charms in every season! If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you. We warmly welcome you to our nice summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.

Studio "De Zwaaihoek" is located in the old village center of Egmond aan den Hoef, a small village between dune and sea from where you can celebrate a quiet or active holiday, both in summer and in winter. The summer house is 500 meters away from the dunes, and 2 km of the sea. The studio was newly built in 2021.
