Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

The Hoeverhuisje, is available again!!!

Summer house ‘Het Hoeverhuisje’ is located in Egmond aan den Hoef, a village between dune and sea from where you can visit both nature and culture. The cozy, renovated summer house is behind the owner's house. It has its own entrance and a small outdoor area with garden seat. The kitchen, living and bathroom are downstairs, the bedroom with clothing and dresser is upstairs. Which is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef, there is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

Writer's/vacation home 'Little Hemingway'

Writer's cottage/holiday cottage "Little Hemingway" is ideal for the lazy reading vacation. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. Those who do not want all this, can enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cozy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. Three minutes walk from the beach. Note: From July 1 to September 1, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Friday/Sat.

In Egmond aan Zee, dichtbij de duinrand en op steenworp afstand van het strand ligt onze knusse zomerwoning. Deze is gelegen achter ons woonhuis (wijk Zuid) en is toegankelijk door middel van een gedeelde steeg. De zomerwoning heeft een eigen toegang, is geschikt voor 3 volwassenen (2 persoons boxspring van 160x200 en een 1 persoons bed 80x190) of 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (vanaf 5 jaar) en is van alle gemakken voorzien voor een fijne vakantie. Gratis parkeergelegenheid en wifi voor gasten.

Peaceful, centrally located accommodation for 2 people. Close to the sea, the beach, the woods and the city (Alkmaar, Haarlem, Hoorn and Amsterdam). Nice cottage with private access and sliding doors, terrace with furniture. Completely equipped kitchen with oven. Wood-burning stove, corner sofa and smart TV. Fixed loft ladder to the top (loft). Standing height above 1.30 m! Double bed 1.80x2.20cm. Rain shower/toilet. Not suitable for children. No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

Country side studio with amazing view

Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Breakfast is available upon request (€12,50 per person). Situated 25 minutes from Amsterdam. Please note the studio is best accessible by car.

COZY summer cottage, located on a quiet street 10 minutes walk to the beach. Dunes, forest and cozy center around the corner. Parking included. Layout: living room with kitchen, TV. 2-person bedroom with double bed and closet. New bathroom completed in December 2022. In the hallway, there is a folding bed, which gives access to the south-facing patio with table and chairs. Lovely to enjoy Sand & Sea & more. We are more than pleased to welcome you!

Discover the typical landscape and villages by bike, sup, in the hot tub or kayak (kayak is including). For nightlife, musea and city life the beautiful cities of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem are close by. De beaches are about 30 min. drive

This cozy summer house is located on our property behind our home. It has a nice kitchenette, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you to use to your heart's content. Peace, space and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Groet.
