Modern and well-equipped holiday home on beautiful Averøya is rented out. The house has sea views and is located close to the popular Atlantic Road. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living room and kitchen solution and an attic room. There is plenty of space for many people on a trip and the open kitchen solution makes cooking social and pleasant. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace facing the beautiful view. In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

A cozy living area features two dark sofas placed around a wooden coffee table. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, with plants and soft furnishings complementing the decor. Wooden paneling creates a warm backdrop, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

Pleasant house with sauna outside, boat, private quay and boathouse

Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16-foot with 25 hp and the other is a 17-foot Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See pictures

The bathroom is small and compact, but has a toilet, sink and shower.
