Enjoy the silence on the terrace in front of the fire pit, with beautiful views of the river and mountains. Find the tranquility of hiking in nature that is in the immediate vicinity. There are excellent fishing opportunities in the river just below the cabin. The cabin is only a short trip away from Vøringsfossen, a very famous attraction in Eidfjord. 20 minutes by car takes you to the city center in Eidfjord, where you can experience fjords and mountains. There is great hiking terrain around the cabin, and it is only a short drive to hiking opportunities at Hardangervidda.

Our small, cozy family cabin is located in the middle of the butter at the foot of Hardangervidda. 5 min walk to the convenience store there is also a fast charge for electric car. The cabin has electricity and water. The cabin is located on the sunny side of the valley and you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace with a lovely view. Remember to bring hiking shoes because here you will find endless opportunities for amazing mountain hikes. In the winter you can go skiing and slide right down the ski slopes of Sysendalen. Or walk a few hundred meters up to the ski lift.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of hiking opportunities. Large and well-equipped cabin. Garage. Prepared ski slopes just below. In the summer there is a bike/hiking road there. Short drive to the alpine at the Maurset There is 3 km to the charging station and colonial. In the summer there is also an open colonial shop within walking distance of the cabin. Short driving distance to Vøringsfossen. It is 20 min to Eidfjord. There are 2 cots for 0-2 years. 1 junior bed. 1 high chair, 2 junior chairs Toys and puzzles for kids.

Welcome to the Top with a panoramic view of the Hardangerfjord! The house is rural and peaceful with a view that creates recreation for both body and soul, with garden where kids can play freely. On the Top you live in the middle for the starting point of many great mountain hikes and activities. It is about 15 km to Kinsarvik with Mikkelparken and to Eidfjord city center and beach, where the trip and can move on to Hardangervidda. Voss city center is about 30 minutes away – with a water park and many other activities.

Velkommen til vår flotte hytte! Hytten ble bygget sommeren 2022 og ligger i et fantastisk fjellområde et lite stykke ovenfor Vøringsfoss, ved foten av Hardangervidda nasjonalpark. Hytten disponerer to parkeringsplasser på privat parkeringsplass tilhørende Åstestølen hyttefelt. Det er kommunal vei helt til parkeringsplassen og en kort gåtur til hytten, på grussti. Det er et meget rolig og etablert hytteområde med hyggelige naboer. Kort vei til nærbutikk på Maurset, alpinanlegg og merkede stier.

Right by Vøringsfossen! Here you can enjoy amazing nature right outside the door. A place for those who appreciate the “simple life”, in a calm setting with beautiful views. There's a steep path up to the cabin that takes about 10 minutes. You must bring linen and towels. Bring your own firewood and you wash the cabin yourself. Sjohageløo

Holiday house by the fjord. The house is located 50 m from the fjord, in the middle of an agricultural area. Here we have orchard and grazing area for our sheep and fall. The house is ideal for use during winter. Bed linens and towels are included in the rent. Boat with motor included in the spring, summer and fall. Due to the generation change at Øydve, there are 2 sayings out there about Sjohageløa, but it is this sia that applies after 31.12.2022
