The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. Our one bedroom apartment offers a quiet place to stay in a small town just 6 miles from Kingsport, TN and 22 miles to Bristol, TN/VA. Originally an office in a century old building, this space was completely renovated into the apartment it is now.
