This 2nd-story private apt. is at the back of my circa 1880 home. This cheerful cozy aerie provides the comforts of home. Its prime location in the Short North is in easy reach of OSU and DT on foot or by bus. I expect guests to read my entire listing before booking & printed manual upon arrival, so that expectations are clear. As of 12/2022, the apt. feature a fully renovated bathroom. This is my home--not a hotel. I welcome all who know how to be good house guests.
