The house is charming and cozy and located right next to Mjøsa. Here you can wake up listening to the waves from the lake and see beautiful sunsets at the evening. Mjøsa is Norway's larges lake with great fishing. The house have a 120 meter private shore with a beach in the end. Perfect for kids (see picture for equipment). Cozy little cottage with large terrace and bed for 8 in Hurdal. The cabin was renovated in 2022 with a new bathroom and kitchen, heat pump, TV and fire pit on the side of the terrace. In 2025, an outdoor kitchen was also built. The cabin is located in quiet surroundings and there is room for 4 cars in the parking lot. Internet available. - 10 minutes to Hurdal city center with beach - 15 minutes to SkiHurdal (alpine ski resort) - 25 min to Gardermoen - 50 minutes to Lillestrøm

Villa Leonore: Cottage with beachfront on Helgøya

For those who really want to experience the best Helgøya has to offer. Villa Leonore is a summer house built for Tram Director Dybwad's wife Leonore in 1915. A cozy garden leads down to its own beach at Mjøsa. Lovely perennial bed and a private kitchen garden to prepare in. You can relax on the porch with a good book, and cook delicious local and organic food, with the farm and area's own products. There are great hiking opportunities at Helgøya, for walking, running and biking.

A studio apartment from 2019 with a large bathroom, bedroom and living room/kitchen solution. Private entrance from the back of the house, and access to parking on the front of the house. The rest of the house is inhabited by us and we have three children who can produce some step sound. Otherwise, the dorm is separated from the house by a fireproof and soundproof door,which is locked with a key. TV is only available for AirPlay, and no apps/channels
