Smoking Policy • BLAU is a non-smoking residence. • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including private terraces, common terraces and the rooftop area. • A €200 penalty applies for violations. Cleaning & Linen Service • 1–4 nights → Cleaning at check-out only. • 5–7 nights → One cleaning service after the 3rd night. • 8–10 nights → One cleaning service after the 5th night. • 11–30 nights → Weekly cleaning service starting after the 7th night. • Bed linen and towel replacement follow the same schedule as cleaning services. • Extra towel: €5 • Full towel set (large towel + small towel + bath mat): €8 • Extra towels can be requested and paid for at reception. Guest Responsibilities • Please take out your rubbish during your stay. • Please wash any dishes you use. • Please dispose of rubbish before check-out. Residence Policy • BLAU is an adults-only student residence and international community. • This property is not traditional tourist accommodation. • Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay independently. • Guests aged 16–17 may stay only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also reserve accommodation. • Guests under 16 years old are not permitted. Visitors • Visitors are welcome between 09:00 and 22:00. • A maximum of two visitors per resident is allowed at any time. • Rooftop and terrace areas close at 22:00. We're Jaume and Lu, and we live in a cosy seafront house in Badalona on the Rambla, which is an excellent location if you're looking for a quiet and safe place to stay where you can enjoy the beach and the sea. There are also beach bars, cafés and restaurants, a major shopping area, and it's a 5-minute walk to the port along the seafront promenade. It is very well connected: 5 minutes from the train station, allowing you to visit all the beautiful towns along the coast; 20 minutes from Barcelona; and 10 minutes from the L2 metro station.
