Stylish and beautifully decorated brand new home. It’s like your own private resort mins away from Home Depot, Walmart, Airport, as well as a La Paz shopping center that includes new restaurants and bars. Also very close to public and private hospitals. It has a common shared pool and BBQ grill (club house). Our cleaning/sanitizing crew comes multiple times a week to make sure the place meets COVID19 protocols. This place has a private parking/garage for up to three cars with a remote control.

It is located in a very quiet area, 600 m from a beach perfect for walking and watching the sunset. The boardwalk is 10 minutes away by car, as is the airport. You can use the shared pool at the coasts next door.
