Stylish and beautifully decorated brand new home. It’s like your own private resort mins away from Home Depot, Walmart, Airport, as well as a La Paz shopping center that includes new restaurants and bars. Also very close to public and private hospitals. It has a common shared pool and BBQ grill (club house). Our cleaning/sanitizing crew comes multiple times a week to make sure the place meets COVID19 protocols. This place has a private parking/garage for up to three cars with a remote control.

La Casita Caracol is a loft-like space, super cozy, with a king bed and a sofa bed on the 2nd floor. Below there is full kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room. The loft has WiFi and air conditioning. It also has a laundry space and a closed garage for your guest. It is located in a very quiet area, 600 m from a beach perfect for walking and watching the sunset. The boardwalk is 10 minutes away by car, as is the airport. You can use the shared pool at the coasts next door.

Comfy and modern apartment

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

My apartment is located in the best golden area of La Paz B.C.S., a historic and tourist center, one block from the sea, where you can walk to take tours to swim with the world's largest fish "The whale shark", trips to "Isla Espíritu Santo", where you will live unforgettable experiences, the main attractions of our city. On the same block you will find: restaurants and entertainment areas. Comfortable, it has a separate entrance. High speed Wi-Fi.

We welcome your pet as long as the rules for their stay are respected: Medium-large dogs must stay outside in the yard. small dogs can be inside the house, but not on the bed, couch, cushions, or pillows. we provide you with a bed and bowls for water and food. Be responsible for your pet to continue providing this service.
