The loft is located in the historical fishing village of Premià de Mar, directly connected to Barcelona city center by urban railway and night bus. (27 minutes) . It is just 2 minuts walk from the train station. This 70 m2 air conditioned loft is a open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed. It is only 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach. If you need us to pick up you in the airport, we can help you with that at any time.

Renovated 15th century farm house, Can Bernadas, Alella, is an idyllic spot. A short walking distance to town centre and 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The 30 acre estate has 3 swimming pools using natural mineral water from the mountains, orange groves, our own lake and direct access to the national park. We are a family of 4, Kate, I’m a producer at Barcelona Production. Pau who is also a producer and a well known hat maker (Pau Felipe) and Max and Eddie aged 17and 14. Our home is a magical place with spectacular mountain views. Very close to Alella centre, (2 min drive) and only 15 km from Barcelona centre. The space is the lower floor of our house with its own entrance, it’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with living area and kitchen. (Pool open from June)

LA GUARDIA is a 70 Ha farm and forestry estate, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve.
