Our very spacious place is 2 minutes away from I-10 access, 2 minutes to Sunland Park Mall, 1 minute away from park for kids and exercise, 5 mile radius of a variety of restaurants and shops. 10 minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to the airport. 15 minutes to Fort Bliss base. You’ll love our place due to its dual heating/cooling unit in a quiet and secure neighborhood.
