The apartment has an open plan lounge / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely sunny terrace. Metro is a short walk away and the #7 bus takes you to Paseo de Gracia in the centre in 15 min. The beach is a very pleasant 15 min stroll straight down the lovely tree lined pedestrian Rambla Poblenou. In 2025 access to the pool area will be closed until May 1st

The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street in Poblenou, 6 minutes walk from the beach MarBella. Surrounded by fresh market, shops, restaurants, and very well-connected (L4-Poblenou) and many buses. The apartment has been totally renovated. It is very spacious (110 m2). Three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a large built-in closet, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is equipped to handle long stays. Perfect for families (a baby's crib).

Poblenou is one of the best places to stay in BCN, the beach and City Center are very close and the hood has everything you might need! The apartment is a cozy, romantic & very sunny place, carefully decorated and has everything you might need... It has a private inner balcony and a bathtub in the living room! Two bedrooms (one open), a fully equipped kitchen and a double shower :) It is suited for couples (Honeymooners!) and for families with small kids, not for group of friends.
