It was quite comfortable, a very safe place, in a good location and good value for money. It had everything you needed in optimal condition. My family would definitely stay in this nice place again, with Alex who also always responded to our questions and was very kind when he welcomed us.

Excellent accommodation, the private one in which it is very nice and with nearby roads, supermarket and restaurants. The play area for the children is very nice and my children love it, the pool is very nice, just consider that the water can be cold for small children, however it is a very nice space. Greece was always aware and was very kind, thank you so much for the attention!!

Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Queretaro. Super quiet and private. No neighbors in the backyard so you can sit on the deck and really just enjoy the view. Spotless and very comfortable--beds were very comfortable and the home had everything you could possibly need. Host was really responsive and always proactive throughout our stay, Would highly recommend this place and hope to be back again soon!

The place is very central and has amenities and shops around. Something to take into account is that the parking space is reduced if you are not used to it. Communication was excellent.

Sergio was very quick on getting back to me with questions. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the roof top at night for some great views. The house was clean and looked as advertised. Definitely worth staying!

I stayed 2 nights at the ZEN apartment and it was the perfect spot for my visit to Queretaro. The apartment is well located in the centro area allowing walking to most of the interesting areas in town. The apartment itself was nicely laid out and private with all of the amenities described. The wifi is fast and the showers were hot. Brontee is very responsive if you have a question or need any assistance. The apartment is also pet friendly as described. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in. Queretaro.
