This is the second time I have stayed in this home and I absolutely love it. It is the perfect house for big groups. It has plenty of beds and common space areas. This house is clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. I also fully appreciate the private gated parking. I can’t recommend this home enough. Maria Virgina is a pleasure to work with, great and responsive communication. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The area is very quiet and the accommodation is quite large and comfortable, it is a location in which it is easy to reach other points of the city, highly recommended.

Our stay at this property was amazing. We had the opportunity to enjoy it as a family and everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, with a cozy decor and a nice garden with a heated pool. Also, Pilar and Lorena were always aware that everything was fine. We definitely recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Richard‘s Casita. The hot tub and pool are so nice and you are very close to the ocean. Just stay short, walk to a very private beautiful Sandy Beach. We will definitely be back

Can't say enough great things about this place! The location was great-it was close to the malecon, and also has a couple small bodegas close by in addition to the Chedraui market in walking distance for bigger grocery trips. The patio area was great for morning coffee, and hanging out at the pool in the afternoons if we didn't feel like being at the beach all day. Kurt was great! He explained everything we needed to know at check-in, and his recommendations were spot-on! If our travels bring us back to Progreso, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing time at Pedro's house. The place was amazing, with an amazing view, and very spacious. The groundskeeper Eduardo was very polite and helpful. We would definitely come back and stay again. Gracias por todo!

Comfortable place, very good for large families, you have it all. I had little touches with the water from the showers, but from there everything is excellent.

From before booking, the host was friendly and interested; he was quick to respond, accessible to questions, and once booked the place, he also shared the necessary check-in information to us. The place well located, safe, clean, tidy, easy access, with place to park, the area is quiet. At the end of the stay it was very accessible to a departure after the indicated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, more if you are traveling with pets, definitely a place I would come back to.

The stay with Gabrielle was super nice, she and her husband are very attentive and thoughtful. the place is pleasant with nice details and the distance to the beach is literally three minutes walking. They were very helpful with our baby and us. 100/10 Highly recommended

Very comfortable, clean and nice place. You can see the sunrise from bed! It is a very nice private area for walking. The bed is super comfortable! It's next to the Canyon de la Costa Azul, ideal for jogging!

Miguel, always attentive and very detailed instructions, the apartment with everything you need, lots of hot water in the showers !!! The pool and gardens are very maintained and clean !!! Totally recommended !!

The house is super comfortable, the common areas are for all the houses of the coto cosa q I did not read , but super clean very good daily maintenance and the house has everything basic for a pleasant stay

not the best value and very small 9ft x10ft but absolutely clean,comfortable and function able. not particularly private, part of larger house and same gate.

Excellent place to stay in Cabo Pulmo. We really appreciated all the beach gear. Perfect spot for a couple.
