Luis is a great guy - he was by far the friendliest and most helpful host that I have had on my five trips to Cuba. We enjoyed conversations with Luis about his life in Cuba and his family. He got up early to make us breakfast (530am!) and made sure that we had all the connections that we needed during the three day stay in pinar del Rio. The house was in a great location, it was incredibly clean. I can’t say enough about Luis - he is a great host and this house deserves to be booked all of the time Thank you Luis

We immediately felt comfortable and confident at Ivan's. He is a very helpful and attentive host. We really enjoyed the hospitality with his son Ivan too and the mango juice from the family farm. Great breakfast from the casa. Well located within walking distance of the main street. Comfortable and clean room.

Kenia is very very very nice woman (and beautiful) She was very helpul, organized auto for me and answered any questions (english). Room was clean and nice, with tv, AC and bathroom. Pinar del Rio is good location to go to Vinales and tabacoo plantions...

We felt at home. My mom and sister stayed. We rent two very comfortable and well equipped rooms, each with its own private bathroom and one of them with a very cozy terrace where you can have breakfast with natural light. The rooms have a lot of privacy because they are at the entrance of the home, independent of the rest of the house. Every day they clean the rooms and everything is in excellent condition. The location is excellent, it is a street away from the Malecón where you find restaurants and commerce. It's a lovely family, with a big heart and makes you feel like family. They have Wifi service included and besides laundry service and I have to confess that my clothes had never been washed so well and served so well in Cuba. They are very decisive and helpful. Lucy is so loving and attentive that she was waiting for us to arrive at the next destination. We will definitely be back, thank you very much family. We want them We can't wait to get back.

The accommodations are beautiful and have a rural style. The food made me feel like in my country. Alejandro and Marielis helped us in everything we needed. We had an amazing experience with Cuban cigars! super recommend!!!!

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was large, clean and well equipped. It was walkable from the town centre in a quiet area, and I enjoyed my stay.

Manuela and her family were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Great location in the heart of the city. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Rogelio and his little family welcomed us very warmly into their home. One of his first sentences was "you're at home here." Exchanges with Rogelio are really nice and rewarding. In addition, Rogelio is very very flexible because we arrived at 10pm on the first day and a meal was waiting for us and we returned very late too the next evening and Rogelio was also waiting for us with a good meal! Really thank you for their hospitality and kindness!
