Holiday home in the center

Apartment of 60 sqm in the center of Piombino, independent entrance on private courtyard, away from the noise. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has one bedroom on a large loft, a kitchen with dining table, a living room with double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and a small garden. Floor in terracotta and wood. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are services and shops of all kinds that do not require travel by car. Free parking in the area. 5 minutes walk to Piazza Bovio beach, 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Salivoli and Calamoresca and 15 minutes drive to the sandy beaches of Baratti, Remigliano and the East Coast (Carlappiano, Mortelliccio, Carbonifera). Close to the city bus station (5 min), to the train station (5 min) and a 20 minute walk to the port (embarkation to the island of Elba).

La Caretta Caretta

Independent single-family villa consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with kitchen, three verandas and two barbecue stations and outdoor sink. The house is at the foot of the village of Capoliveri and immersed in the countryside with the possibility of free parking on the whole property. Unfortunately, the car is required (the area is five minutes from Capoliveri, Portoazzurro and one kilometer from Zuccale beach and Lido beach). The residential road is dirt and downhill.

Our place is called IL CAVOLO NERO. We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

Sant'Andrea House "La Solana"

*Between a reservation and another there's an empty day used to clean and sanitize the house, (ozone machine)* A few minutes of distance from the little gulf of Sant'Andrea with the beautiful sandy beach, rocky surface and the cove of Cotoncello. There's a little bakery almost in front of the house and a tiny market at the closest village La Zanca (5 mins by foot) and a little bar, perfect during the sunset to enjoy a cocktail and some appetizers with a wonderful orange seascape view.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
