Everything was fine! We felt very comfortable and slept very well. Living room/kitchen is somewhat small, so there is no cozy living room in bad weather. But the great terrace was all the better in nice weather. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice house, very nice garden; in my opinion the kitchen is only suitable for preparing small snacks, but there are plenty of opportunities to eat well.

We were able check in early right when we got of the ferry. Marilla is friendly and available. Our dog was welcome - always a plus. San Giovanni is a very nice, quiet and relaxed suburb right on the sea with views to Porto Ferraio and a good location to explore the rest of this beautiful island.We really enjoyed our stay and the friendly neighbourhood.

+++ We (4 people and 2 dogs) felt very comfortable with Giada for 2 weeks. We were very kindly welcomed and instructed by her father. Parking was possible in the "Piazza" or in the private parking around the corner. The mini market is also directly in the "Piazza" (rolls and other little things). The property is fenced, offers both sunny and shaded squares, and is surrounded by Orleander's bushes, a fig tree, and vines. The house was very clean and well equipped (e.g. coffee maker, sandwich maker). The outdoor shower had a strong jet of water and a magnificent view of the bay. You have this view from the entire terrace and also from the balcony. - Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in our time. Since there is no air conditioning (but 2 fans), we slept with the window open. Unfortunately, the windows are not equipped with fly screens, so there were some restless nights.

The week spent at Claudio's place was very nice , great location . Peace, tranquility and ease to get to the sea , the comfort of the house and excellent communication with the hosts, these are the ingredients that have made our vacation wonderful .

Accommodation for two people extremely functional and pleasant, helpful and friendly host. We did not meet Elena, otherwise constantly reachable by mobile, but we met his father Nino, a nice and very hospitable person, always present on the spot without ever being intrusive. At Elba it is not easy to find a home easily accessible, without parking problems and inside a closed courtyard; it applies to everyone but in particular for us motorcyclists. On the way back from the beach, it was also important to have outdoor spaces such as the door and the garden, as well as being able to have an adequate bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the place is quiet. We will definitely be back.

We were very well received. The accommodation is very nicely arranged and the terrace very nice with sea view for lunch and dinner after the beach or visit nearby villages. The neighborhood is quiet. Shops and restaurants within walking distance, wild beaches and crystal clear water. In short, we highly recommend it!

The apartment is very nicely located in a wooded area or an olive grove and is also very quiet. We particularly liked the beautiful space and the beautiful furnishings of the apartment and the garden, it was especially great for our three children, who could play nicely, especially in the garden. Silvia was always and immediately available. The surroundings are especially the sea and the beautiful beaches are worth a trip.

Nice holiday in a great place! Tommaso was super friendly and always responded immediately. A later check-in and earlier check-out at our request were no problem. 😊 The place offers everything you need, was clean and corresponds to the description and pictures! A two-family house, a wonderful house overlooking Marina di Campo and the sea. We were divine and I hope to find you again in the future year that I return to Elba. Thank you Giuseppe and Irina for your kindness. And the neighbors were also patient and friendly when we made a little more noise than we should. See you next time!

Had a wonderful stay. Sofia is more than helpful and absolutely friendly. Planned for 7 nights, due to a flat tire on the penultimate day we had to extend it by 2 days. Sofia helped us easily with the accommodation here and also supported us with small driving services. Absolutely recommend the place!!

We had a great time :) we arrived via self check-in and thanks to Luciana's very precise directions, we easily found it. The house was extremely clean and tidy, important to us who stayed with a 10-month-old. The internal parking (two parking spaces available) was extremely comfortable and the very quiet courtyard is well protected. The area around the house has all the services: pharmacy, convenience store, pizzeria, bar, etc... also to reach the beach of the Gulf of Baratti we were pleasantly amazed by a beautiful bike path that crosses the countryside and that in less than 30 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car takes you to the sea. Also in 10/15min by car you are close to Populonia and Piombino, everything is very convenient! Very nice area, more than cozy little house, Luciana is very kind.... we will be back! 😊⚘

All you need. Simple, clean and Close to the beach. Great bar for snacks and breakfast around the corner. Veliero the restaurant right next door is delicious. Beatrice and her husband are quick to respond for anything.

We stayed in the apartment one night with my children and my partner, the apartment is small but served by everything. A lot of attention to the guest who finds everything they need. It's also new and recently renovated. Good location, downtown can be reached on foot. The apartment has a personal parking space and this is also a plus! Mauro is a super friendly host and really available for everything.

Charming location, care both in the outdoor areas ( the garden in which the residence is immersed with direct access to the beach is beautiful !!) and for the cleanliness of the house. Beautiful experience to remember, we will definitely be back!

Recently renovated accommodation in a very convenient location for the center of San Vincenzo, which is a 5-minute walk from the property and to the beaches. There is also a supermarket very close by. Mr. Mauro and his wife are two very helpful people.
