Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. The house is on Bon Secour river and it’s great for swimming and fishing. Lots of different kinds of fish to catch or if enjoy watching birds this is the place to be. Bald Eagles fly through and rest here as they make their way to the Gulf State Park. Great location!
