Vacation home in the countryside on the outskirts of Salzburg

The cottage is located next to our small farm in a green meadow, surrounded by forest, on the outskirts of Salzburg. You will have an entire house for yourself. We don't have a public road, so it's quiet and yet so close to the city. There is free parking in front of the house, and in 10 minutes (0.7 km) you can reach the bus stop (downhill) to get to the city. You can walk from the bus to our place, depending on your fitness level. We always recommend a taxi for your journey here.

Hiking and cycling opportunities can be found right in front of the house, and it takes 20-35 minutes to get to the center of Salzburg by bus or car, depending on traffic conditions. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.
