Large house with stunning sea views close to beach

Bright and airy country cottage with a beautiful 2 storey extension. This property has sea views that have to be seen to be believed. Photos do not do this justice. Elevated above St Cyrus Beach this property looks out to the North Sea taking in the Lighthouse, harbour entrance, River Esk and stunning views across the adjacent farmland. All of this and only 5 minutes drive to all the local amenities in Montrose. This property has a large secluded garden, parking for 8 vehicles & very private.

Fully accessible self-catering cottage

We are delighted to offer this brand new converted steading building. Designed to include guests with varying levels of mobility the comfortable spaces provide a great balance of communal space with sleeping rooms. Sitting on the patio you can enjoy panoramic views over the countryside- which literally comes into your garden. At different times of the year you will see how we grow barley and wheat. We have regular wildlife visitors stopping in past- hares, deer, pheasants and other wild birds.

Great golfing and beach home - peaceful & relaxing

Detached house with small outside area, great central location within walking distance of train-station and local shops yet also just a short walk to the beach and golf course and several good restaurants and hotels There is off road parking. Inside on the ground floor there is a dinning room ,bedroom ,bathroom with shower and bath, living room and kitchen upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms and a separate toilet. Laminate flooring throughout .

Just a 2 minute walk to the local pub, the Harbour Bar and the Quayside restaurant / takeaway where you can enjoy their award winning Fish and Chips. Aberdeen is a 25 minute drive to the north and Dundee a 40 minute drive to the south with many small fishing villages in between.
