Separate house with room, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (47m2) In the room there is a sofa bed for two and a single bed (two children at different heights) In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine,dishes. For an additional fee, a house sauna, an outdoor sauna (ice hole), a barrel sauna by the pond. Hiking and skiing track 1.5km. Childcare is also possible.

The villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with a teppanyaki grill, a large dining table and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. The house has a total of 4 WC-bathrooms. There's also a sauna as a nice bonus. Enjoy beautiful lake views, nearby hiking trails, swimming spots, and ski resorts from the terrace.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In the city but in quiet area, separate guest house with kitchen area, terrace and sauna option ( extra charge). The studio type room with kitchen corner is on the 2nd floor. Room has duoble bed and sofa bed. Toilet and sauna with shower on 1st floor. Place has the pond with swimming option in summertime. Elva is good place to stay in summertime as we have beautiful nature, lakes, good for hiking. In wintertime skiing possible as well.

The house is close to the Tehvandi stadium, city center, forest, great views, restaurants and dining. Its closeness to the skiing tracks and of the disc golf park makes it a great place for people who love sports! It being next to the forest and near lakes also gives a nice relaxation oportunity . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Cozy house in the beautiful nature of Otepää

!!Currently we are renewing the 2nd floor. It is not yet finished but for bigger groups we can fit maximum 3 people comfortably upstairs. Downstairs we have 6 sleeping places!! Tule lõõgastu Otepääl. Maja asub Aedlinna piiril, metsatuka ääres. Pühajärv on umbes 10/15 minuti jalutuskaugusel. Tegevust talvepealinnas jagub aastaringselt ja meie hubases majas on mõnus lõõgastuda pärast suusatamist, matkamist või pidustusi.
