Please remember your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to hire bed linen/towels for 50kr each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash the kitchenware so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25km away and Trondheim Airport is 7km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7km away.

Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Stabburen is 300 years old and is located on a farm by the E14, only 10 km from Stjørdal and Værnes airport. Two floors with timber walls that add a quiet, good vibe. Living room, dining area and kitchenette on the ground floor. Beds and bathrooms on the second floor. We can pick up and bring at the airport if desired. Possibilities for salmon fishing in river, and trout fishing in mountain lakes. Must be agreed with host.
