Veslekoia - Grandma's Cottage

Veslekoia (1963) is a nostalgic, animal-friendly and sheltered cabin of 39 square meters on Løtenfjellet. The cabin has solar power that is generally sufficient to charge phones. There is cell phone coverage on site. There is no running water in the cabin. Water jugs can be filled at a water post along the road, about 2 kilometers from the cottage, close to Budor Gjestegård and the alpine slope. The cabin has a fireplace in the living room and a traditional wood stove in the kitchen. In the outhouse there is an outhouse and woodshed. There is a year-round road to the cabin.

The cabin is close to Rena alpine and there are great cross-country skiing opportunities outside the door. The slalom slope is open on weekends and cross country tracks are run on weekends. In summer: hiking in the forests and fields, hunting and fishing and Sorknes Golf. Swimming at Rena camping (Centre) or in beautiful Osensjøen 40 min away. Clean downtown - cafes, shops, cinema, bowling- 1 mile Suitable for couples/families, child friendly.

Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cabin in an unobstructed location on Flishøgda in Elverum municipality, approximately 30 km from the center of Elverum, towards Trysil. Great hiking terrain right by the cabin in the summer and winter. 5 min to Osensjøen with convenience store, swimming facilities and trampolines. Three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with family bunk. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Wood-fired sauna in the yard. Well equipped kitchen w dishwasher. Internet not TV but lots of games.

The house is located on the east side of Osensjøen with nice views and easy access to the sea where there is a pier with a lot of sun and the opportunity for fishing and swimming. The area around Osensjøen has good opportunities for hiking and biking in the summer and skiing on prepared trails in the winter. About a half hour drive to Trysilfjellet which is Norway's largest ski center with lots of slopes and lovely ski tracks Here there are also lots of adapted bike paths for all ages as well as many other activities in the summer.

Skramstadseter Fjellstue is located in scenic surroundings, in the middle of Birkebeinerriket in Åmot municipality. There are many activities for every taste - all year round. Here, the well-known birch events pass through. Only 2 hours from Oslo. Rental of seats requires the following: Rent 1 day for today's event, meetings and conferences: NOK 5000 incl. Hiking trails just outside your doorstep. Short distance to fishing water and beach. 14 km to the shop, 18 km to the center of Trysil. The dog is welcome.

The cabin originates from the manual forestry industry occurring on the property in the past. The cabin is thoughtful and simply decorated and equipped with all the essentials for relaxed and wonderful time in the forest. You don't have to travel all the way to Sweden to find an idyllic square. Lots of nice hiking opportunities just outside the door. Berry picking and biking are some of the things you can do here. Possibilities for nice forest swimming in the area. Rich animal and bird life. Live easily, close by.

Cabin 49 m2, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, living room with dining table and sofa as well as sofa bed for two. 70 km to Trysil. 8 km to Elverum city center with, among other things, the Forest Museum. Not far to golf course, go-karting. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Freezer can be used. Sleeps 5 people. Not allowed with animals. Bring bed linen and towels or you can rent for NOK 75 per person.

The farm is about a 15 minute drive by car to the city, Elverum. A grocery store is about 13 minutes away. You should have a car to stay with us. You will find an operating farm, with tractor driving at times but also silence, nature, trees, fields and forest as neighbors. Occasionally you can see moose and deer on the land. Occasionally, it's the northern lights!
