The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

This first floor guest house features a cabin aesthetic and an outdoor therapy tub. To be clear, the house is not a cabin, but the interior has a cabin feel. Inside you will find some fun design elements; reclaimed barn wood accents, sliding barn doors, a cypress tree lamp, western style animal skulls, etc. These features may bring a smile to your face. The emphasis is on fun design elements, but we still care about guest comfort. The 2nd floor unit will be empty when you book this house.

The living room has an L shaped leather couch with an amazing view of Emigrant Peak. There is also a large TV screen to view your streaming services on. Attached is a dining room and large, well equipped kitchen. Just up the hill from a great BBQ joint and bakery. WE NOW HAVE AC!
