Mansion/City Villa (for groups)

(8-20 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. You rent the entire upper floor and part of the lower floor with your own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and a lovely garden. The minimum booking is 8 people for 2 nights. Are you coming with fewer people? Then please send a message first before you book. Final cleaning at an additional cost if desired

Hospitable enjoyment (new bathroom and box springs)

Space in beautiful location under a thatched roof, equipped with every luxury. Come and stay with us in front of the farm. We rent out two bedrooms with box-spring beds. Furthermore, you will find a wonderful sauna next to the bathroom. The rooms and living area (>60m2) are equipped with air conditioning. A fifth bed, cot or high chair is available for a fee. You can prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen. All beds have recently been replaced, the bathroom has been renovated and the garden has been renovated.

Artz of Nature, Atelier @Home

ArtzofNature, a neat and quiet accommodation for 2 or 3 people near the city center and the Emmerdennen. You can use the lovely relaxing Jacuzzi (105 jets!) in a private bathhouse, right on the edge of the forest, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Includes bathrobes and slippers & bubbles! Station, shops and restaurants in Emmen city center within walking distance, as well as Wildlands-Zoo. Mountain bike and hiking trails start right at the door! Be surprised by the tranquility, cozy luxury, space and comfort!

Nice studio in farmhouse with private entrance and exit, parking and garden. Rurally located, with the forest within walking distance and less than 3 km from the cosy centre of Emmen. The studio is equipped with all comforts and is a great base for beautiful cycling and walking trips, a day at Wildlands or shopping in Emmen. When the weather is nice, it's wonderful to spend time in your own garden, and when it's cold and bleak, the pellet stove provides wonderful warmth. In short, a great place!!

Enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings in this romantic Pipo wagon. Beds for up to 2 adults and a child. Hot water, kitchen/fridge, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, towels, bedding available. You walk around the corner into the (primeval) forest (Emmerdennen). To the hunebedden or the Drenthepad. Within walking/cycling distance (20 min.) from the center of Emmen and Wildlands. Quiet private place with brand new sanitary building 50 m from the gypsy wagon. Welcome!

The holiday home can accommodate 4 people, was completed in Sept. 2020, and is fully equipped with every comfort. Situated on the outskirts of the village, it offers a unique location as a base for numerous wonderful excursions in beautiful Drenthe. A few steps outside the door and you are in the Valtherbos. Also for the runners, hikers and cyclists and ATBers among us there are beautiful routes in the immediate vicinity. On the property is also the owner's house.

The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small village on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe, there are forests, fields, heaths, country roads, fens, burial mounds and megalithic tombs. Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request, a crib/child's bed can be placed.

This beautiful and fully furnished vacation cottage (5 people) offers a beautiful view over the Drenthe countryside. The cottage is within cycling distance of Wildlands Adventure Zoo, Het Veenpark and the new IJstijden Fietspad. The cottage has 5 beds, but the space is better suited for 4 people or a family with 3 small children. The 2nd bedroom is only accessible through the 1st bedroom. Completely equipped with central heating.
