A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Apartment with lots of privacy near the city center

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). Jurjen has made the cottage all by himself and made sure that you can completely relax. The kitchen is a real “Oldtimer” but also with oven. The wood-fired Hottub can be rented separately for €90,- for a weekend and €120,- for a midweek/week.
