It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with underfloor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly from here on the Dinkel route. The house is made of wood, 130 sqm, with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. Dogs would have to be compatible with the cat. Dogs on request. There is a garden sauna, at the house, in which 3 people can lie. In front of the sauna is a fire pit. Cost: 15 euros per hour. Please register for the use of the sauna, as I have to give a short briefing. You can barbecue, a grill is available.

Our 80 sqm apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the barrier-free bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living room (including sofa bed). Both rooms can be separated or connected by a double glass door. You can row on the Water Rower in the WZ and then let yourself be pampered on the massage seat.

The studio, newly furnished in 2021, is located on a dairy farm. The rural surroundings of the beautiful spa town of Bad Bentheim invite you to go on long hiking and cycling tours, where there is a lot to discover.
