Relax poolside or in the hot tub surrounded by lush greenery outside this spacious, renovated guesthouse nestled in a beautiful, private setting. Interior highlights include LED TV and surround sound system, kitchenette, and ample storage. (Pool availability is May 1st - Sep 30th (No exceptions) BUT Hot Tub IS available year round.) We also provide a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups as well as complimentary wine and bottled water. There is a wall-mounted, widescreen LED TV with a surround system with YouTubeTV and Netflix There is a washer and dryer outside the house on the patio for your convenience and an iron and ironing board can be found in the Cupboard Under the Stairs. Pool & Hot Tub: Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. No exceptions. Hot Tub is available upon request. The guest house is free-standing, private and separated from the main house by a poll, gazebo and sizable backyard. You have free access to the property and pool. We are happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. One of us works out of the home and can be accessible if you should need any assistance. Explore Los Angeles—head out on a short walk to endless dining and shopping options on Ventura Boulevard. It's a short drive to colleges, theme parks, tourist attractions, and, of course, Hollywood. You can walk to almost anything you need to hop on a bus just a block away. *No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. *Guests must all be 21+ years of age, except in the case of families traveling with children. *Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. A one bedroom, one bathroom rental on a completely private floor in our beautiful Hollywood Hills home. This is an ultra-private home on a cul-de-sac street that is entirely fenced-in and covered with lush ivy. This is one of the oldest homes in the neighborhood and was originally built in 1925. It has been upgraded overtime but exudes charm and will transport you to a serene Mediterranean oasis. Imagine Tuscany, yet you are only 10 minutes to prime Hollywood or Studio City!

The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.
