Get close to nature with a stay at "Knatten" in simple and cozy surroundings. The forest is right behind the cabin and the "Langen" water is a stone's throw away. There are great hiking areas here, no matter what time of year you stay. There is a simple kitchen, two sleeping places, a wood-burning stove, a fire pan, a barbecue and an outdoor shower! "Knatten" is about 6 minutes away from Krokhol, 12 minutes to Oslogrensen and 7 minutes to the grocery store by car. There is about a 3 minute walk down to the water Langen, and a 20 minute walk to the bus stop. We, the hosts, live downstairs.

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything at the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor, kayak and canoe. It is a sandy beach that is suitable for families with children. 10-12 metres out, there are good depth conditions. Private jetty and swimming area and a common jetty that is more child-friendly with a beach and benches. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the common jetty and our own jetty is about 70 meters with stairs down to the water. Quiet, undisturbed cabin 20 min drive from Ryen There are large open areas with forest but also some private areas. Langenvannet is about 10 km long and we are located in the middle of the lake. If you want to go for a walk in the woods, it is best if we explain where you can go for the best possible walk. Avoid private properties

Right from the doorstep, you can swim, fish and go for a walk in the summer, or enjoy the ski slopes and ice rinks right outside in the winter. Østmarka Golf Club is only 1.5 km away. The villa can accommodate 7–8 people and has modern facilities, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy loft living room with a TV – everything you need. We are also happy to accommodate workers, with the option of basic groceries for longer stays.

Few meters from an almost private beach and bathing jetty. The cabin is ideal for a family or group of 2 to 5 people for a quiet, but active, vacation by beautiful nature. Two kayaks, sup-board, bicycle and a rowing boat included. In the common areas you find football and sandvolley field, playing areas and beaches.

Here is a great place to get away, or if you just need a bed to sleep in! Parking space right outside the terrace of the apartment. Quiet surroundings, possibility to fire up the campfire (we have wood) In the summer we set up trampolines. Short distance to shops and nature around the house 😊 There is the possibility to make up an extra mattress in the living room. There is a dining room table that can be opened. We have 2 rabbits and 2 cats on the farm.
