Located downtown, this renovated building offers a unique space close to all the things that make up Enid. Nightlife, restaurants, David Allen Ballpark and the Stride Center are all nearby and walkable. Built in 1927, This two story building is rumored to have been a one stop shop back in its glory days. With poker and liquor on the ground level and a brothel upstairs, this place has always been hopping! While it’s much more tame today, we still think you’ll feel like a hundred grand here!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and a quiet town close to the Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge which provides birding, and beautiful views. There are many other interesting sites within a short drive; the perfect getaway.
