Equipped with a spacious living room, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower and private parking, the house is secured by a common electric gate. A bus stop is directly in front of the farmhouse. Parties and group events are prohibited. Friends, pets are not allowed.
