The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, a connected kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There's a little dog at the address, but not in the annex. Our red pearl is located directly on Avnø Fjord in South Zealand. The fjord is ideal for swimming, fishing and SUP. The fjord is very child-friendly and without current. The house has a living area of 62 sqm and is well maintained and newly renovated. It has 2 bedrooms (one single and one double). In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room that can be folded out. The property is 1200 sqm and offers the possibility to play ball, to make yourself comfortable in the hammock, etc..

You will have two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen, private entrance, your own parking spot, indoor and outdoor dining area with access to a fire pit and grill. We are ideally situated near Pedersborg and Soro lakes-a ten minute walk away. Many visitors come to Soro for a peaceful walk around the lakes and a tour boat ride in summer. You will be a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and a 40 minute train ride from Copenhagen.

Nice bathroom with exit to small courtyard with sauna and outdoor shower. Outside there is a large wooden terrace with furniture. There are duvets, pillows and kitchen utensils for 6 people. The house is well insulated. It has a heat pump and a pellet stove, so it's good for winter holidays.
