"Vechte-Garten" new building overlooking the water & private parking

Charming, modern and comfortable apartment right in the heart of the water town of Nordhorn with a loggia. The Vechte-Glück was newly built in 2021 and convinces with its beautiful furnishings as well as its central location directly on the water and the city park. The beautiful studio has everything you could desire, a beautiful bathroom, a small, high-quality kitchen, dining table with comfortable chairs and a terrace with outdoor seating. This consists of entrance with wardrobe - a very spacious living/sleeping room - bathroom with toilet sink and shower - a spacious kitchen with, among other things, an oven and dishwasher. Also an outdoor terrace, plenty of free parking in front of the house, enclosed bicycle shed with charging option, WIFI. On chilly evenings, the available pellet stove can bring comfort.
