You have your own toilet and kitchenette/laundry area in the barn, with the option to use the shower and bath. Pick an apple yourself or cook something from the vegetable garden. Close to (station) Zutphen and Deventer, with a beach on the IJssel 5 minutes by bike.

Beautiful, super cozy apartment to feel good. The apartment entrance is on a balcony, so it is not a private balcony but can still be used. The rising & setting sun shines at the balcony. Overall, the apartment is very bright. By bike, it is 5 minutes to Lake Asee, 10 minutes to the old town & 15 minutes to the train station (center). Good bus connection - 10 minutes to the old town & 15 minutes to the train station (center). It's a 10-minute walk to the Münster University Hospital.

A dream for cyclists. The Berkelroute leads directly past the house, the castle route is a few miles away. We have an e-bike charging station and the wheels can be stored dry and safe.
