A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently undergoing repair. Available from 15/5.

The house is very practical Our neighborhood is located south of the core of Stockholm, in a green environmemt and with many options to commute inte the city center or to several nature areas. Its a great spot for children and adults. It is located 10 minutes (walk) from the station Älvsjö from which Stockholm city can be reached by 10 minutes of train.

The sea cottage

Welcome to our charming lakeside cottage in idyllic Kummelnäs, right by the water with its own jetty and fantastic views of Stockholm's inlet. On summer evenings (April to mid-September), you can enjoy magical sunsets right from your balcony or the jetty. The cottage is approximately 40 square metres and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a sauna, charcoal grill and the opportunity to rent SUP for wonderful trips on the water.
